TALK TO OUR TEAMSpinning transforms short fibres into strong, consistent yarn through cleaning, alignment, drafting, twisting and winding.
Fibres are aligned into a consistent sliver for the next production stage.
Open each stage to understand its purpose, quality requirement and influence on the final yarn.
Different fibres are combined according to the required composition and performance.
Compressed fibre is opened and cleared of dust, leaves, seeds and other foreign matter.
Fibres are separated, cleaned and aligned; short fibres are removed when finer quality is required.
Slivers are combined and drafted to improve evenness and parallel fibre orientation.
The sliver is reduced further and given a light twist before final spinning.
Drafted fibres receive controlled twist to create yarn strength and stability.
Finished yarn is cleared, inspected and wound into cones ready for packing or further processing.
